The consensus between financiers and real estate experts is that homeownership is a cornerstone for building tangible wealth and provides a means for achieving emotional security. As Texas continues to experience unprecedented growth and a housing boom, companies are counting on innovation to keep up with the increased interest in their products.
Tavola, a master-planned community of 3,800 located in Northeast Houston, and real estate tech company Alosant launched a branded, lifestyle app for residents and prospects. The app features “views” accessible to the resident, Resident View, via login credentials, as well as a Guest View for the greater community and prospective homebuyers. The newly launched app has been able to streamline communication among the growing Tavola community, and those able to access the app.
Providing an all-in-one resource, homeowners using the resident-facing view can find information on community amenities through the recreation center, and access details about community events and maps and guides to the community’s parks and greenbelt trails. Residents are also able to opt-in to receive real-time notifications and updates from the community’s HOA.
Equally impressive is the direct access to information about Tavola available within the app’s Guest View. Prospective homeowners learn about the community, available home and builder details, and notifications for events hosted in partnership with Tavola Elementary School within the community.
“Many of our residents are busy families who appreciate the convenience of being able to communicate with us directly through their smartphones,” Michael Johnson, VP of Land Development for Friendswood Development Community said in a press release. “We’ve already seen strong interest and app adoption among residents and look forward to launching the public Guest View soon.”
The app is available to download now via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use ‘Tavola Life’ as the search term to find the app from Alosant.
