P.F. Chang’s recently opened its newest 'To Go' location in Irving, Texas, to make Asian cuisine more accessible for the community. The dining industry is quickly evolving, and the chain wants to keep up with demand in highly populated metropolitan communities.
The concept was originally created in 2020 and features a small location that is user-friendly, allowing customers to order online or for takeout, catering, and delivery.
Since the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, more people than ever have resulted to purchasing food to go. Because of this, the Asian chain decided to create a format suitable for all.
As P.F. Chang’s expands, they hope to create 50 more 'To Go' locations in states such as Texas, Florida, and New York to name a few. Currently, more than 20 locations are under construction and rapidly on their way to being able to host customers.
According to Produce Blue Book, CEO of P.F. Chang’s, Damola Adamolekun, said “P.F. Chang’s To Go is not a replacement for our full-scale restaurants, but we know consumers across the country are seeking convenient dining options and our evolving business model accommodates this desire. Looking ahead, we are excited to help our customers across the country enjoy all of their favorites faster and easier than ever.”
Since its opening, this location alone has brought a total of 45 new jobs to people of the Irving community. Those looking for a quick and easy Asian-style lunch or dinner should stop by or place a convenient order online for takeout and delivery.
The newest P.F. Chang’s To Go Location in Irving is located at 5941 High Point Drive, Suite 110, and is operating Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
