Several Dallas Companies Land Top Spots as Best Places to Work in the Nation

Seven Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) companies have been named as top places to work in the latest Inc. magazine’s list of the country’s best workplaces. The Dallas-based companies are among 429 businesses spotlighted for the publication's annual rankings edition. Among nominated companies, employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace referenced a range of topics to determine rankings including management effectiveness, perks, and employee growth. The nominated organization’s benefits were also audited to better identify the employer’s standing with their workforce.

According to CultureMap Dallas, the rankings demonstrate new trends moving beyond the traditional brick and mortar structured companies, "Fortunately, one of the lessons of the Covid-19 crisis is that you don't need a physical office to make your company a great place to work," the report says. "What you do need are policies that support your employees and keep them engaged. Inc.'s 2021 Best Workplaces list recognizes the businesses that deliver on that promise — all 429 of them."
