Throughout the year, the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation (TBHF) hosts its 'Titan Talks' featuring insights and discussion from some of Texas' most prominent innovators.

On Wednesday, February 9th, the TBHF and business leaders across Central Texas gathered to participate in a panel to discuss the future of innovation and economic development in San Antonio and Austin. The Titan Talk was moderated by Tom Foster, Editor-at-Large, Texas Monthly.

Titan Talk Panelists

Graham Weston: A TBHF Legend and CEO of Weston Ventures. For nearly 30 years, Graham has played a pivotal role in technology, business, and real estate in San Antonio. As an early investor, later CEO, and board chairman of Rackspace, Graham knows what it takes to attract business to San Antonio and Central Texas. He is now the owner of Weston Properties, with its flagship Weston Centre, home of some of the most prestigious companies that call San Antonio home.

Graham co-founded Geekdom, a tech startup incubator and co-working space, and Weston Urban, a commercial real estate development company, to attract more technology investment and job opportunities in San Antonio.

Jenna Saucedo-Herrera: Jenna is the CEO of greater: SATX, a regional economic partnership charged with growing and diversifying the eight-county San Antonio - New Braunfels MSA.

Through her five-year tenure leading San Antonio's economic development team, Greater: SATX has secured over 18,000 jobs for the San Antonio community through location and expansion projects that include: Ernst & Young, Victory Capital, and Aisin.

Michael Lynd Jr: Michael is a founding partner and the CEO of Kairoi Residential. Michael has been deeply involved in the multifamily businesses as an owner and operator since 1995. He has over 23 years of experience in multifamily management, investment, and development. He has invested in, developed, and disposed of more than $4.3 billion in real estate over the past 15 years.

Michael plays a prominent role in the San Antonio business community and previously held the position of Vice Chairman and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

Gary S. Farmer: Gary is the President of Heritage Title Company of Austin, Inc., a commercially oriented title insurance agency operating throughout the major markets of Texas. During Gary's tenure since 1985, Heritage has been recognized for its excellence in the commercial title insurance arena as it has grown to be among the largest independently owned title agencies in Texas.

Currently, Gary serves as Chairman of the Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation, Opportunity Austin 4.0 Campaign, and Co-Chair of the Waller Creek Conservancy Capital Campaign. Additionally, Gary serves as a Board Member of the following organizations: The University of Texas Chancellor's Council, The University of Texas Development Board, the President's Council of The Real Estate Council of Austin, the National Multi-Housing Council, and the Waller Creek Conservancy (now the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy.)
